The Association for the Development of Permaculture (ADP) is a long-standing partner of EDUPLUS Association. We often organize visits and training activities there, so that both foreign education staff and local people from Tenerife can learn from them.
It all began in 1996 when the permaculture farm “El Mato Tinto” was created in Tenerife. For over 20 years, permaculture has been used as a therapeutic method for people with mental illness, and to contribute to a sustainable environment. The ADP also maintains a series of education programs in the field of primary and lower secondary education, vocational education, universities, job training and in coordination with farmers.
